What you need to do is..
You buy the maps,
Then your friend recovers your account to his xbox.
Your friend then needs to do the license transfer(link down below)
after this is done you recover your account and you both have the maps

Yes this does work,but do not do this unless you trust your friend enough to not mess with your account (motto and bio's excluded).
