The only way you can get banned for doing this is if the people you filed the complaint on your gamertag on your friends list or use to be on your friends list. If you go into a game and then ask the person to file a complaint on your gamertag and people actually do it then you should be fine. They made it this way so that when you actually go into a match it is actually random people and some might actually find your gamertag offensive.

Well to be honest. Why would a religious person be on XBL? Because they want to share their beliefs? Yes. But yeah that could be offensive to people.

material theres neo nazis etc that could all be offensive also theres nothing wrong with being a religious person on xbl as it can be offensive to a person a such catholic in ireland to be offended by something to do with protestants =/
