Attempt to remove unnecessary accessories first, and then necessary components such as the hard drive and USB devices. If you have any case mods you may want to investigate those as well.

i got it as week ago and al i did was boot it up unplug my HDD the turn it off and re-boot it then after it re-boots just replug in the HDD while the xbox is on and just let it re-boot itself and it shoudl work
