I'm having the exact same issue. I downloaded the new map pack (yes, the 1200 point one), and all the other new maps work with the exception of ascension??? It just locks up at the beginning story screen and I have to power cycle the xbox to get it to respond. I've deleted and re-downloaded the map pack, cleared my cache, saved the game to the hard drive, even tried two different discs....nothing works! WTF? Any recommendations?

i did it if you wanna play zombie on the map you have to take your seconde controler and sing in it and the main menu and for online you have to sing in again but at the multiplayer menu hope it helped

This how you get it to work on the dashboard sign in with the modded profile on the second controller and then run BLACK OPS when the intro starts to play sign out of the modded profile and use first control and navigate to zombies and BOOM! you could now play!

i know how to fix it

sign in the modded profile on the second controller and just solo on your first controller on any map, and after a little youll get a black screen, immediately grab your second controller and wait till it says please wait and once you see that sign out as fast as you can you gotta sign out before the please wait goes away, and then press a on your firstt controller when it says invalig gamertag and there it should work now. rep?
