i got it but it was EN, while my xbox is US. so I loaded up ascension but it obviously gave me an error.. I was also signed into the Bigcmty 9 profile will I get perma banned? I can't afford another damn xbox..

i've been using modded accounts for just about everything, the way i see it, they try to ban the account with stuff on it, and if thats not the case, then he was in a place where it did not get released, so treyarch noticed, i've even used this method to get all waw maps, still no ban

My guessing is you are just a stupid little kid who has tried doing an online gpd mod at some point and you have only just been banned for it!

Why I don't beleave you:

I've got 2 xbox's here and it works on both no ban or anything.
heres the amazing part, one of them is flashed and its failed the AP2.5 Challenge, also my profiles zone is marked as Cheater, Microsoft should ban that console straight away but have they? nooo! and the other non-flashed xbox? working smoothly ;)
