Listen to what you are saying. It is still considered modding and I am pretty sure in the terms of use you are not allowed to share downloadable content or something. Why don't you guys just buy it and stop complaining? If you get banned then you deserve it.

first i wasnt complaining at all, second if u didnt get what i was saying i meant that they wouldnt be able to tell the difference between if you were playing it with a friend or modding it AND if your not allowed to share in a way that your using what you bought with your friend then they wouldnt let you play it splitscreen so yes it should be fine to use it at your friends house my point was there would be too many things that they would have to be guessing about to ban you

thats stupid and doesnt make any sense, you can do it with any other game, why would microsoft say youve been banned till the year of 9999?? no you had to of done something, cuz they wouldnt even add that date in there if it was a perm ban from microsoft they would said permanent just like if you cut your jtag online, but they put a date in there that will never happen, doesnt match up, you had to do something maybe even by accident because microsoft wouldnt put that date there

Good thing i bought the map pack before i saw that it was out for free.

Ive been using the map pack for about 6 hours now ?

Because if it were like that, you might as well just have all your accounts being banned, as the Map Pack isnt owned on that account but is on the Xbox. and they would know which console/account purchased and released the content, so they would ban it too.

You only get banned if u get the maps if you are not in the U.S.....So yeah
