Ok... Me and my friends found 2 radios during a game in the new map.

1st Radio: Before climbing up the stairs to go to the ''PhD Room'' there is 2 barricades on the left of the stairs.In the middle of it is a radio.

2nd Radio: Right after the claymores continue and it should be on your right in a big metal box.

Sorry if my explanations are not good...

Add QsF Olmo if you want me to show them to you

What do the radios do, Do you hold x for them to do something?

Yes Just like normal radios. You press X to hear some sort of message

In the game while there are a lot of zombies, Next to the flopper perk there is a red phone and it will ring.

When it rings hold x and someone starts talking, Is this part of the "Story"?

Thx about that phone xD! I don't know about this phone but in the radios one talked about monkeys but i didn't hear the second one. Also there is russian dolls for each character around the map.
Also TTG-Walshy found about some easter egg go check it! HOpe i helped you
