Depends what you are going to use it for, if you are only going to install the popular games and patches for them, then you will only need a 60 GB.
If you are going to install plenty of games and play, then get a 120 GB.
250 GB HDD's are just unnecessary.

20 gb can really only hold about 3 games, since most games are 6.75 gb or so. You should get atleast 120GB then you'll also have room for games you rent, arcade games, and emulators.
