I tried to update my jtag from the 8xxx dash to the kinect dash. when i tried to flash the updflash using flash360 it showed like 30% and then it gave rrod. is there a certain fix for this or do i just reflow? or do the x-clamp thingy?

Had a bad flash, if it doesn't boot into xell you are going to have to manually flash it. via nand x or lpt cord.
