Some are random but almost always the "Random" drug testing is on anybody that is suspected of doing drugs.

no, we have a system that randomly picks the kids id card number for are school not just from people thinking that we do.

Public or private school? And that's against the constitution because I believe that would fall under search n seizures. I could be wrong but also if its announced around school it could be defamation of character... sry for typing im on my droid
