Well i heard this kid who was saying they were makin a new patch about mod menus, and infections like teh red laser and all that Sh!t idk..
But are they gonna release on or not...

The reason why no one is hosting challenge lobbies for Black ops is because no one can get their jtag online not because there arent patches because theres a ton of patches released... However, only 2 people i think currently know how to get them online and they aren't releasing the method on how to do it. They host 15th prestige lobbies for 80$.. just look on youtube
