Yesterday, it stopped letting me use Google. Whenever I try and go to [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] it says "Error 102 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED): Unknown error.". I've Binged ways to fix this, but all of them tell me to go to google support. this is mostly a problem because it won't let me log in to youtube. Any help? If someone finds a legit solution, I'll +rep.

Try clearing your cache, browser history, etc then try to use Google again.

If you have google chrome can you type in the adress bar instead of going to google?

Thats what I've been doing. No websites requiring google work right. The sign in on youtube does the same exact thing

im pretty sure, i know what your problem is, it is your proxy server.
go to control panel>internet options>connections>LAN settings> and uncheck use proxy server for your LAN
