If you mean, where can you find what Kernel your xbox is, you go to system settings, system info, and it will say Dashboard version: 2.0.*****.0

Has to be 7371 or lower. If you send it in to microsoft to get fixed then its not jtagable. But 7371 and 7363 are iffy kernels because sometimes the e fuses are blown
