Okay, this may possibly be one of the stupidest threads I've ever made, but today we got our sheet for my class option for next year when I go to high-school (I live in the US, so I'm in 8th Grade and I'm 14 and a half). I was just wondering what high-school is like, because the whole general topic is just terrifying to me...

It's great, it is when you start to find out who you actually are. You get to try some new stuff, make new friends.
The amount of freedom you have is great!

I mean difficulty-wise. Is it harder to keep up with than in middle school, is it extremely stressful, etc?

It's pretty cool actually, you don't half to rush between classes you get 10 minutes between.. you go earlier but you're more tired and it goes by faster and teachers are a lot more carefree and most aren't strict.. Free period if you have it is amazing and really you can take electives like guitar lab or piano, chorus, band, whatever floats your boat.. It's really fun in my opinion.. PM me if you got questions ..
