I think he is trying to bring back the Cygnos idea. The theory basically consisted of the idea that, you would use your retail nand and your JTAGged nand, and fuse them to boot together, using the retails sign in details, but still running unsigned code, i really liked the idea at first, but after lots of tests figured i couldn't do it and gave up.

As far as i am concerned it is a dead idea

But now if you merged your retail xbox and your jtag xbox nands together all you will get is a brick on your jtag and ur retail...so idk
