What you really need to worry about is the person you're getting it from.

Most of the Jtag sellers around here slap on bolt kit and new thermal paste and call it done.

A lot of people complain about consoles pooping out shortly after getting them..

Find someone who properly Reflows or Reballs units before selling. I do this with every unit I sell...

i say get a xenon with 12v if ur going to do system link i love mine and have had no problems

i would say a jasper but there a little expensive so if moneys tight then go with the falcon
