i just found this program
it is awesome, does the exact same as photoshop andd its free, more simple and more effective
does anyone else use it though?

it's nothing like photoshop download CS5 Extended and you will see the diffrence they are in my eyes 2 compleatly diffrent programs.

paint.NET

Paint.NET should be safe, as long as you download it from its official site. Its not as good as photoshop though.

Paint.net is what I use for touch ups. What I mean is I make everything then add lighting darking clouds and such in paint.
