you should just be able to put them onto a usb stick and watch them on there. i dont think you can burn them on there tho, or you could stream them using either windows media player or tversity.

couldnt you use a transfer cable to put it in a folder on your harddrive

I'm pretty sure MP4 is a mobile device format. I think Apple uses it...? Maybe I'm wrong but .mp4 is the ipod/iphone video format.

yea they do, so honestly the xbox might not even play it. but once again im not completely sure.

i can play it on my Computer but i just want to put it on my xbox maybe in the zune folder so that it thinks its a zune movie i bought

You need to download a converter, google mp4 to avi and look for a free program. after its converted put the avi file onto a usb stick the go to dashboard>my xbox>video library then pick your usb and select the video.
