Heres a list of stuff that I want to be included in mw3
Story that will take 48 hours to complete on regular meaning more missions
Mini games e.g Terrorist Encounter basically Nazi Zombies but terrorists
Multiplayer Achievements
Each time you prestige you umluck a special gun like 1st prestige is an ak 47
No CoD points
Quickscoping
Map Editing make your own map for private matches and you can upload your map to the community
Veichles in MP and Story Mode
And a lobby just for modders but you don't gain XP for the kills tht was thought of by someone else. Tell me what you want in the game

Some balanced weapons and decent maps would be awesome this time around. But thats waaaay too much to ask from a CoD developer...

Quickscoping. Snipers mostly 1 hit kill. Balanced Weapons. Theater Mode. New Gametypes and good maps and Co-Op Campaign. There will never be a gametype for modders because Microsoft hate Hacking/Modding.
