You bought the game, and you bought the game along with the right to play online.

That right can be revoked if you did anything that 3arc doesnt intend to be done on the game, and destroying the online community that 3arc wanted.

even though they banned you temporarily before for the 15th, they can still do whatever they want with you online because you did violate the rules.

BO sucks anyway, id be happy to get banned but i never have the chance to because it sucks so hard.

Yes there is, its called violation on privacy, and fraud.

Violation of Privacy- Their going into your account and banning you for something that you don't know why you got banned for, they have to show you proof of why you got banned. Yet again like Microsoft, their not going to admit they made a mistake because Businesses don't do that because its bad for business. If they don't have proof, their gonna make up some fake proof, because their gonna admit to the court or to the public that they made a mistake.

Fraud- You are paying for Live for your xbox, unless you have a Playstation, and don't have to pay. You bought their game, they should let us do what we want, because we paid for their game $60, for Regular version, or $80, for Hardened Version. We should have the rights to do what ever we want with the game and not have to deal with these laws, but once again the law says our country is free, but yet we get :idea: over by everything we do with these games, Only nerds care about the game.

Those two things you can take them for court for, Maybe not so much fraud, but the privacy you can.
