Question~I burned TBoGT today and played around with it and it was very fun, but is there any GTA IV Mods? Like not TLAD or TBoGT?

Everytime i put in my GTA Episodes disk, then i hot swap it out with my ISO disk, then i click " Install Game " it keeps saying Unreadable disk. What is wrong?

Anyone know how to use the skylift to pick up cars
And i keep updating with the normal version of gta 4 liberty city and then i go to dashboard but in the modded disc play gta choose TBOGT and then i go online but the island wont spawn what am i doing wrong? All i see when i go where the island is, is an airplane and thats it
