i hotswap my xbox perfect and when i install v5.3 mod it gets to 34 or 35 % and no futher if i do it but with v5.0 mods it goes all the way what am i doing wrong?

on my v5.0 mods cars dont spawn when someone in my car?

i cant edit my player model with the 5.0 mods?

will i get banned for iso moding it?
and do i have to have the episodic disk...i have the regular one and then downloaded Gay tony from the marketplace

because the otehr people dont ahve those spawns, so it wont spawn when you go there.
