When i go onto my cod 4 patch and do all challenges and 10th prestige
it dus nt stick on xbl

You need to go in game after you do the system link and get a copule of kills for it to stick

After you done what you need to do on SL, go online and get 1 or 2 kills that should make it stick.. if not post back and i'll try to help
