to be able to do this is saying that you have administrative access to the website which is highly unlikely because if you recovered an admin account the website would go into complete lock down they would then trace the last logged ip to your house through court order because
that is credit card fraud because you would have access to that you would go to jail a minimum of 5 years and a .bat file doesnt have the right priority to open an engine like that you need to convert it into a .exe also to get admin access you would need to key log one of the admins or SQL inject the website (almost impossible) and since your to slow to realize that .bat cant execute a task like that you shure as hell dont know how to keylog or SQL. so i call bull shit
