If I do the DLC thing and mod the new maps to my account or whatever will i be banned nd if i do will will i be banned from black ops or live

If you mod the DLC to your account, you WILL be banned. Most likely permabanned.
From the Black Ops servers first, then it's possible that you will be permabanned from Xbox Live for modding.
