Me And My Friend Cannot Connect On XBL. I Can Connect To Everyone Else And So Can He We Just Cant Connect With Eachother...Does ANYONE Know How To Fix This? Please Help.

open port 3074 in your router

sometimes xbox live goes down for certain people in different areas, give it an hour or so and you should be able to connect again

to open up that port you go to:
Control Panel> Security Center> Windows Firewall> Exceptions> Add Port> Type in "3074"
