When I get this I just spam the open and close tray button or put in WAW this helped me Although its random

iv been trying this all day not work like when i put my disc in it makes 2 clicks then a sound that sonuds like its working but its dosint

Open up the 360, Check that all sata cables off the motherboard are snugly in place with the drive, close case back up, Then spam the open / close tray about 10 - 15 minutes, If this doesn't help the laser is ****.

lol this happend before about 1 week ago and i opened up the 360 and the laser was stuck i fixed that but i dont no whats wrong this time

Happens to me all the time too.
Without opening the xbox etc, all i do is;
Hit a to open the disk tray, hit a again to close it, but hold the disk tray with your hand so it won't close.
Hold it for about 5/6 seconds, and it should freeze.
Take disk out, close it, it should make a funny noise.
Open it again, put disk in, and it should load.
Works for me most of the time, if not the once, a few times after it will work.

this happened to me and my friend told me to open the disk tray and blow the dust out of the inside of the xbox. It always works for me i hope it helps.
