i want mods for mw2 and ive heard you can get them, theyre called Jtaged Mw2s
do they sell them in walmart?

no they don't sell them at walmart, they are a xbox that has been modified.

You can buy them from people on ebay, and many trusted sellers are around here.

If they sold them at walmart don't you think more people would be hosting lobbies?

Go to forums, then go to Jtag Marketpalce. I would buy them from the stickied topics. There are some very cheap Jtag's there.
