Glowing Like Orb

(You can do this with any color, workspace size, and brush)

1. Create a 300x200 pixel workspace.

2. Take a 200 pixel soft brush & brush once. (Position where ever you like)

3. Take a 200 pixel hard brush & brush over top of soft brush.
( on seperate layer.)[layer 3]

4. Lower Opacity on Layer 3.

5. Add Effects to layer three [ drop shadow & bevel and emboss. ]

6. drop shadow angle 90. (Or desired angle)

7. pillow emboss, depth 144. (Or desired depth)

8. ctrl+click on layer 3, select>modify>expand>2 Pixels.(This step may not work for some users, it doesn't change the outcome all the much)

9. Create new layer underneath layer 3. Fill with black.

10. Create New Layer On top of layer 3, paint brush over top.. (This can be skipped as well)

11. Use Gradient Map Black & White, overlay, 100%. (Make it you desired color scheme)

12. Use Gradient Map Violet & orange, overlay, 32% (Make it you desired color scheme, and can be skipped)

text & youre done. :]

Some thing cooler.
-------------------

step 7. Pillow emboss, depth 1000%

then change size to 250,
and soften to 16.

Example of possible outcome

Step 12 was skipped in the making of this.
