It means they use to be a Moderator on TTG But is "Retired" at it or is just inactive

First, you must become a moderator, which is extremely difficult to do.
Then, when you no longer want to be part of the staff after a LONG time, you become "retired".
Hence the term "Retired Moderator".

so just take that off and put -ing.
