OKay First off guys as you know GeoHot has received a restraining from Sony Corporation as well as many members of his fail0verflow hacking tem. He also had 10 business days to hand over any computers, hard drives, CD-Roms, DVDs, USB stick, and any other devices on which any circumvention devices are stored in [his] possession, custody or control. given that he is a New Jersey resident the court case is going to be active in California since he is under their jurisdiction due to his use of YouTube and Twitter...in which case both of there headquarter firms are located in California...hence the fact California courts have jurisdiction over this case.

So hopefully everything goes well for him and he will once again be able to join the Playstation community with more fun hacks and mods. But until then everyone hope that this goes well so that he can return to the modding community.
