Call Ms telling them what happend, same thing happend to me and they locked it and banned his console then sent me an email to reset my info. Give them a call, it wont hurt to try.

how long ago did you give him your details?.....if it was a while ago then he probably hacked you in that case cancel your credit card call xbox and tell them what happened. Now you'll learn your lesson, but no need to worry if your credit card is on the account its guaranteed they'll get it back for you
