If you know how to put a GPD on a profile then this should be easy.

Download link: GPD

1. Start a custom horde match

2. Set difficulty to casual and put it on a map of your choice (I prefer security)

3. Complete one round of horde in order for your rank to stick.

Now enjoy being level 100.
