ok all you guys are saying some fake shit to him i have been making and buying modding controllers for almost 6 years and not once have i been banned or it has been patch nothing will happen if you want to buy a modded a controller i would say that you should test it make sure it works for the games you need it for and your good to go if it is stupid and you hate it i recommend you going to sites i have been using forever now they are

Nope. You CANNOT get banned. Microsoft has no proof of you using the rapid fire controller. Lots of times, Rapid Fire controllers don't even fire REALLY fast, so Microsoft assumes that is just "Your TRIGGER FINGER" I once got a warning in my email about my mod so I called Microsoft and they basically said. "Oh, it looked like one, but your right, so we will unban you."

you cant get banned cuz theres nothbing in the terms of use that microsoft said they will ban if u mod a controller so it depends the game maker to make the decisions to ban ppl who have modded controller (like treyarch with bo and cod 5) 8)

My parents said that when i asked for a Jtag but it depends on if you have it stelthed most are usualy undectable and most of the time the only way people relize it is if it shows it in a kill cam or something but i have never heard of that happening befoure.
