There is not 17th, but if you ment 16th then yes.
1. you must be lvl 50 online and 15th lvl 50 in CT
2. Have your friend invite you to a playermeatch
3. go to your playercard-prestige-more info then hover over more the one after more onfo.
4. have youer buddy switch it so CT
