how to downgrade from 3.56 (22/02/2011)

1. Do a FULL system restore, this should take around 5 and a half hours.

2. Before you set-up the date and time, put your system into recovery mode.
(to do this:
A. Make sure the PS3 is turned off,
B. Press and hold the power button on the PS3 it will power on then power off.
C. When it's off press and hold the power button again until you hear two consecutive beeps.
D. It will ask for the controller to be connected via the USB cable,
E. Turn on the controller and you will have access to the menu.

3. Go to the option that allows you to perform a System Update.

4. Select your 3.55 CFW.

5. Wait for it to install, and voila! enjoy your downgrade and dont update again dumbass!!!
