Hi guys. Im new to modding but this is what ive been told. I have to get a double sided disk, burn some mods to it. Then hot swap it to my xbox. Its a new xbox so i dont want to take it apart. Ive seen videos of people hot swapping without taking it apart but the comments say this doesnt work anymore. Also is there any chance of me getting band :S. I really would appreciate this help and when i get it, i can mod it for you. Thanks and sorry for being such a knewb :p (Will +rep for helpful comments )

wait have you even had your xbox flashed? and im not to shure if you can even do it to the new xbox 360 slims

Yes you can get banned. Very very unlikely unless LOTS of people report you. You can hotswap with the new xbox but you have to open it up. It voids your warranty but to me, its worth it. Hope this helps!
