well if this map was suppose to be in the game then maybe someone from vorkuta is the scientist makes sense they were trying sleeper agents there to and in the break out he couldve used the gersh device to escape but it put him in another dimension and he uses the plan from vorkuta to help you figure out the easter egg maybe you need to fire the hades into the gersh so he can ignite a flame inside of the dimesion to send him back as soon as you do he will say freedom and something may happen, this is my theory as of sudden thinking please do not bash on it

Not necessarily. Richtofen locked Maxis, Sam, and a hellhound in a room with a teleporter in one of the radios from WAW. Maxis could be alive, but there are far more references to samantha being 'alive' than maxis
