Dan_UK & I created the 'Scrolling GPD Mod Menu', However this is the original version.
I'm not sure if some of it is cheat protected though, You have to test.

This GPD is a Test, to see if you a execute a .cfg from a .gpd

You will need to inject both the GPD & the test.cfg into your profile's contents.
I recommend using Modio.

Pictures:
When you put your profile on Modio it will look like this.

The Black Ops GPD looks as such.
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
The Test.cfg looks as such.

Remember to ReHash & ReSign!

Instructions are in the README.txt

If & after you test it, Come back & tell me if it worked or not. 8)

Aparently, it doesn't work.
You cannot Execute a .cfg from a .gpd.
Sadface?

Hm, Not a bad idea.

But i'm pretty sure that .ff files cannot execute Cfgs.

You can only put it in the .xex or .gpd, maybe not the .gpd or it could be that the cfg is in the wrong directory.

Idk..
