I have jailbroken my iphone and im getting it insured tomorrow, if it breaks i know that i couldnt send it in for repair but if i get it covered for theft then could i say it was just stolen and get a new one for free over the insurance?

Try the Ipod/iphone Jailbreaking and you might have more luck getting an answer.

yes u can, but hopefully they do not have to look at ur iphone to insure it, as then they will not insure u. and if u lie about it you can be charged and prosecuted. its called fraud. dont do it

i have done this too, i reported my iphone stolen twicw and recieved 2 new phones and just sold the other 2 on
