Since Macgee won't invite me to his Tournament, I decided to hold my own.

Here are the rules:
1.Intervention FMJ ONLY (NO Extended mags, Acog, silencer or Thermal)
2.Stopping Power ONLY (NO other 2nd perk)
3.3rd Perk must be Steady Aim or Ninja based on prefence
4.NO Hardscopes at all


How the winner is decided:
The winner is decided based on skill and the ability to snipe with constant concistencey and knows how to face there opponent face to face and win. If someone is camping and the other person loses, but they provide fast and exciting gameplay then I will based on score give the faster more exciting player the win. <--- What he said.
