couldnt we make a program that uses that coded link and every time u click generate it realy made a generated code but brand new set use every time programmers should know what im talking about.

Of course theoretically that should work but no..

This codes algorithms would be close to impossible to find out.
"If" they were found out it would take a long time and a lot of codes and the algorithm would probably already be changed.

Short answer: No it's not possible to do that.
