ok this post is pointless beacuse you cant get banned they were promo codes and the kid got banned that could have been from anything unless u have the msg from xbl peple stateing that it was beacuse of a glitch then i will believe that people got banned

look at my proof, it shows that i got banned from that in the email from xbox

and mxlitary, i got perma banned but i also had hacked gamerscore from W@w so they might not be so harsh on other people

I dont think you got banned from the msp glitch, because its theft from microsoft not profile tampering, its similar to the fifa 10 ultimate team free gold pack glitch, because i got perma banned from that and the e-mail said it was theft from marketplace so i guess it will be similar to that?

yeah it is...because when i got the points, i changed my gamertag
and in the email right where my notepad is it says this, "This email is to notify you that your Xbox LIVE account privileges have been permanently suspended due to modification of your gamertag or other profile data."

so im pretty sure that the caught me getting stolen points and then spending them
