Is it possiable to mod Gta 4 online without TBOGT.

not sure mate but i think you do because they patched the iso mods on the normal gta iv.

You need to have the Episodes of Liberty City disc to mod TBOGT...

Also correct me if I'm wrong, but GTA IV mods don't work know more, or not all of them ;)
