Please do not waste your time trying to figure this stuff out! If treyarch took the time to put this stuff in, they would have leaked some decent hints. A new zombies trailer with a random "explosion" doesnt mean the nodes are continuing. As for these nodes following the Vortuka steps... how does skewer the winged beast have anything to do with spelling LUNA? Its obviously over look at the coding... People are convinced they hid the rest of it in some secretretive magical coding? If they wanted to hide the steps they would have made all of the node coding "secret". I think they were just testing out a new element of zombies by putting in this massive easter egg. Judging by its reception i think they will include a mor complex easter egg in the next map with a better reward. They started with something simple like the der reise teddy bears and developed the idea into the nodes found on ascencion. It's very likely this new part of zombies will continue on the next map pack, so now all we have to do is wait a month or two

They have been continuing the story line since shi no numa.They did it on der riese, then on kino, and now on acension. EXCLUDE Nacht Der Untoten, Verruckt, and Five. They are not tied to the story line as they are all different ccharacters. The Story line will continue on the next map , they may even continue the presidential story version as well. Who knows what Treyarch has in store? All is 100% sure , the story line will continue on the next map. And I highly doubt the next map will be the end to the whole story . I believe it will continue one more time.

Veruckt and five are related.
It is thought that dempsey may have been one of the 4 marines in Veruckt
If you pick up the phones in ascension, you can hear quotes from the chars in "five" hinting that they take place at the same time. Could be connected in the future
