Actually some people are using retail consoles with a modded hypervisor, so the exploit in the hypervisor is making it run the unsigned code but with a "signed code's" image to M$. Thats what XboxElement is using. Hard to believe i know but once you have any kind of xexmenu type program, you can do anything. Thats what they are not releasing. And think about it, if they ever released that, the Xbox360 system would be totally ruined. No stopping XboxElement I guess. But from what I'm hearing, the rebooter for JTAGs is being passed around more now. Some idiot might leak it eventually, who knows.
