this happend to me yesterday n everytime i would change it to full brightness it would go straight back to the middle. after a while it worked wen i changed the brightness in the main menu.

If you wanted u could change the brightness n contrast on ur tv wen u play, but that means u would have to keep changing it bk wen u want to watch tv. This is what i did wen the brightness wouldnt go up.

yes you can no longer change your brightness in zombies due to new hotfix 9/9/09 at 745 pm
this hot fix was put in to Temporarily disable online co-op nazi zombie mods
this is also the reason why when your playing and you try to join somones game it wont let you because theyre playlist data is older than yours that is because it wants you to restart cod waw to get the new hotfix but it doesnt say your getting it it does it automatically
and the rainbow clan tags everone is just now noticing for some reason are also mods however are not patch message me if you want to know how to get superuser clan tags

ok ur probs right about the hotfix. but i have managed to change my brightness on it so wot u have just said isnt entirely correct. Also i have had no problem playing on zombies

It was treyarchs latest hotfix, they patched modding and that you cant change brightness in game.

damn wish i had read your posts earlier. just took my xbox to my friends house who repairs them and he spent 3 hours trying to fix the brightness lol. in the end i just took the xbox back to game cos its still under warrenty and they replaced it so home i came all excited thinking i could see to play nazi zombies but nooooooooooooo
still in darkness except the zombies glowing orange eyes...
so what do i do now before i go mad with out my beloved zombies

Does your tv have light brightness settings? Change them if it has

i ll try this buts its an old tv my mum gave my son for playing his xbox on so its not entirely the most modern and up to date tv cos it doesnt even have a remote control but i ll try adjusting it from the tv if i can work out how to do this

EVERYONE, my son deleted map pack 3 from system memory on dashboard and downloaded it from dashboard again, it works perfectly now, so anyone else having this problem, try this.

i just went to the main menu not the xbox live one the 1st one when you go on the go with all the new options, just go to options 2nd to bottom i think it is then put your brightness but to full again this time mine didnt chage back to the middle yay!
