It all depends on what you plan to do with it.
If you plan to go online when the rebooter is released, then go for Xenon.
If you plan to go offline, go for a Falcon. If you have the extra money, go for a Jasper.

yoo get a falcon its one of the best and it dont RROD as fast as a xenon but the xenon takes both kv but it RROD fast as hell..

Xenon because they take both types of KVs but I dont suggest getting one until the new rebooter comes out,

Yet again the Jtag prices are lower then they have ever been so it is all up to you but xenon is probably the best choice.
