Make your text
Duplicate your text layer
Go to Edit>transform?flip vertical
Move you DUPLICATED text layer down so it is right beneath you original text
Lower your DUPLICATED text layer's opacity down to around maybe 50% or lower
Right click on your DUPLICATED text layer and select "RASTERIZE TYPE"
Then take a soft round brush as an eraser and erase some of the bottom part of the DUPLICATED text
BAM! reflection
Duplicate your text layer
