Moved to the right section, and I agree younger children shouldn't be playing this game. Ratings put on games aren't enforced enough in my opinion and should be. M means MATURE

He's not saying he hates every single person under the age of 12. I too hate when "little kids" talk trash over xbox, because their voice is SO F***ING high pitched it gives me a headache.

You know what pisses my off more then annoying kids over Xbox Live? Stupid kids who complain over the annoying kids over Xbox Live.

Kids cannot walk into a store and buy a M-rated game by themselves; they must accompanied by an older being. Also, I highly doubt that all of you on here are at least or over the age of 18. I'm guessing all of you guys just walked into the store and just bought a copy of MW2 all by yourselves and without a guardian? NO! You did not. An older being gave you permission to play that game. It's always been like that and will never change.

So now with that said, don't f*cking complain! You also are not of the right age to play the game also. Next time, be a man and mute the little jerk if he's "so annoying".

Elder or not, permission or not there are some lines that need to be placed.

Like what? Because if anyone is to blame, it's the parents. Xbox Live gives the parents the opportunity to control how much the child can play on Xbox Live and the console. The parents are also the ones who buy the game for the child.

I just don't think the right to choose wether the child has the right to play should be up to the parents. Even if allowing a parent to buy a game for you is allowed, card them. Make them prove with at least 1 form of identification that they are related or the guardian and not some friend or random person the got to buy it for them.
